NEPENTHES Launches New Label tActi for Spring/Summer '25
tActi is the newest brand to join NEPENTHES’ fledgling roster among the likes of Engineered Garments, aie, Needles, and South2 West8.
Intended for women, tActi draws inspiration from military and workwear uniforms, combining functional details from these menswear archetypes with dresses, skirts, and jackets to create a playful juxtaposition. In its debut collection, the New York-based label follows the simple theme ‘Tie UnTie’, nodding to incorporating neckties throughout, allowing the wearer to adjust the garment’s structure and silhouette according to their needs and style. Harnessing such elements creates a sense of harmony between two opposite forces - delicate womenswear and military-inspired details, such as utility pockets. Despite possessing an identity of its own, tActi seamlessly fits into the NEPENTHES universe, just in colour, shape, and texture alone.
