N. HOOLYWOOD Exchange Service Reveals a Trio of M-65 Parkas
Borrowing many design cues from the past, N. HOOLYWOOD takes the once utilitarian garments into a realm of high street. Re-crafting iconic pieces from its original tooling, vintage loving designer Daisuke Obana has just unveiled a series of M-65 parkas under the Exchange Service namesake.
Following the announcement of their upcoming New Balance collaboration, the Japanese label is sure to do much more in the coming months, fitting its online channels with the militaristic stylings it’s become known for. The three selections — which arrive in black, olive, and tiger camo — are near perfect recreations of the once widely used piece of outerwear. Though its construction is produced proudly in Japan, the many specifications of its make up are faithful to the original inspiration.
Tags and markings further push the overall MILSURP aesthetics, finishing off the capsule to great effect. Look below for a detailed look at each piece and head over to N. HOOLYWOOD’s online store to shop the pieces now.
