nonnative Crafts a Gore-Tex-Lined Collaboration with Asics
With Asics slowly acquiring many strong collaborators from the list of technical Japanese ateliers, the footwear company is showing off their Eastern roots while completely overhauling their current perception in the market. Now the tiger-laden flags have lifted in honor of a newfound partnership: one with the strong nonnative label.
Bridging both of their unique designs, the collaborative capsule is ushering back an often forgotten silhouette. Dubbed the Yeti Boot, the model is quite fit for more torrential conditions and even the steepest of slopes. Elevating the piece that much further, nonnative has adorned the lining with a waterproof GORE-TEX armor. Palettes are kept tonal, utilizing a full tan throughout the entire upper, while its metal lace hooks add quite an aggressive note.
