ALMOST BLACK Autumn/Winter 18
ALMOST BLACK has released the lookbook for its Autumn/Winter 2018 collection entitled "MULTIPLE EXPOSURE".
ALMOST BLACK refers to traditional Japanese dying technique in which the indigo hue is so deep that it looks black. For their "MULTIPLE EXPOSURE" collection, ALMOST BLACK developed a line of garments that represent a wide diversity of ethnic groups and fashion styles. Their use of bold colors and checkered patterned fabrics were inspired by Japanese-American photographer Yasuhiro Ishimoto's multi exposure Exhibition Catalogue.
