bukht Spring/Summer '19
bukht embraces DIY culture and color to craft a versatile SS19 range.
This season, designer Hashimoto Tetsuya has set out to create a new classic, a new “THE.” Using this idea of the past, present, and future to fuel his designs, Hashimoto presents a range of pastels, earth tones, and a cropped outerwear silhouette that is embellished with paint splatters of blue, red, and white. While beaming with a range of light blues, shades of purple, and saturated tones, the collection also evokes a more relaxed vibe in its silhouette. The outerwear is cropped with a boxy fit, complimenting a range of loose trousers. In combination with the series of vests — one with a series of pockets and the other with a clean, minimal body — the pieces come together to create a cohesive unit fit for all sorts of layering.
