SOUTH 2 WEST 8’s nepenthes roots shine bright with their forthcoming AW19 range, highlighting key styles that further flesh out the entire umbrella’s nuanced ecosystem. Focusing on prints while playing with proportions, the Japanese label shines technical garments through quite an eclectic lens.
Retaining this outdoors theme the collective have continued to refine with each following collection, the most recent set brings back fan favorites, showcasing their cropped multi-pocket parkas, down jackets, and field coats once again in Fall-ready tones. Track jackets and athletic trousers add a bit of casual to the often high-tech pieces while printed shirting and graphic knits further impress with all-over-dressed motifs. Vests, fleece jackets, leopard-adorned chore coats, as well as many a orange-hued camouflage come fully unveiled, culminating into an almost organized chaos.
