EZUMi Autumn/Winter '19
Showcasing a definitive understanding of the feminine mystique, the eponymous label, EZUMi, has introduced a modern ensemble of AW19 pieces that vary down to the most minute detail.
Developing a story of mystery in each piece, designer Yasutoshi Ezumi cuts garments wide, masking the silhouette for intrigue beyond what the eye can see. Patchwork motifs exhibit a maximalist approach along the plaid overcoats with quilted backs, bottoms accented by multiple materials, and even fleece sleeved knitwear. Lace tops showcase an understanding of the delicate, adding balance in its ornamental use of the translucent fabrication. Patterned crewnecks remain a casual grounding point, though slit blouses and matching angular skirts dose in an ounce of refinement. Belted dresses, shearling jackets, and much more come displayed here, making up a collection of both aggression and moderation.
