Penfield’s mountaineering garments are back once again for SS19, though, with the label changing up its usual course of action, a heap of lifestyle garments coincide in perfect balance.
While mountain parkas, utility vests, and accompanying bottoms are par for the course, it’s the onslaught of earth tones and mix of both technical and contemporary that allow the range to stand on its own. Women’s piece comprise of a variety of military inspired garments next to billowing skirts that dress up the weather resistant garb. Coaches jackets as well as anoraks impress in reserved utility while allowing the many denim make-ups to steal the show. Long-line shirting, twill cardigans, and even hickory stripe work pants incorporate the indigo-bathed fabrication, paving the way for more casual styling in unison with the collegiate graphic tops and assortment of outerwear.
