NEITHERS Autumn/Winter '23
South Korean-label, NEITHERS, gears up for the colder months later in the year with its Autumn/Winter ‘23 collection which is defined by rich colours, diverse textures and appropriate silhouettes.
Founded a mere five years in 2017, NEITHERS, directed by Dukhyun Won, is intent on designing crossover garments of a utilitarian nature that are not tied to a particular genre - they exist somewhere in between. While their allegiance isn’t tied to one place in particular, they focus on the foundations of design like fabrics, sewing and patterns.
For Autumn/Winter ’23, set to release later this year, NEITHERS designs its garments from a manner of perspectives including workwear, vintage outdoor wear and military garb, all of which filter into one channel. While it isn’t entirely focused on pure functionality, its main purpose is to seamlessly fit into everyday life and be able to withstand the various situations that the wearer will find themselves in, whether it be work, commuting or socialising. Borrowing from a range of faucets, the inspired collection consists of outerwear, shirting, bottoms, tops and comfort wear. Despite releasing during a typically drab period of the year, the colour palette is far from adhering to that stereotype with soft yellows, muted lilacs and deep reds sitting alongside black, navy and grey. Some of our highlights include the THINSULATE® Stadium Coaches Jacket, Roaster Shirt and Weekend Denim Pants, but there are plenty of other standouts to choose from.
