To the delight of its core following, SOUTH2 WEST8 has unveiled its Autumn/Winter ‘23 collection which is slew with familiar silhouettes, outdoor-inspired detailing and ostentatious prints.
An integral member of the burgeoning Nepenthes family, SOUTH2 WEST8 is most recognised for its study of urban outdoor wear and how they combine the two into a complete uniform. For its Autumn/Winter ‘23 offering, Keizo Shimizu’s label continues to serve up a bevvy of utility-driven pieces across outerwear, bottoms, tops, headwear, knitwear and shirting, to name a few.
Where outerwear is concerned, the Japanese label continues to thrive in its own right, infusing each style with enough functionality and thoughtful design to allow them to excel in either urban or outdoor settings. Mainstays like the Tenkara Trout Shirt and Parka make an anticipated return alongside new additions like the 3L Zipper Coat and Weather Effect Jacket. As you would expect, functionality is never lost on S2W8 as they craft their pieces using 3L fabrics and equip a myriad of D-ring clips, pockets and laminated zippers. Another signature offering from the brand comes in the form of its knitwear which includes the Loose Fit Sweater and Crew Neck Cardigan. To accompany the bulk of the collection SOUTH2 WEST8 delivers a variety of trouser styles which adopt a wide array of prints and silhouettes. Lastly, to round off the apparel, SOUTH2 WEST8 will collaborate with Suicoke on its Pepper and Bower footwear styles which retain the identities of both partners.
