Steeped in a wealth of design history, Belstaff has unveiled a function-focused Spring/Summer ‘23 collection aptly titled, ‘Surgelands’. Championing technical design and innovation since its inception in 1924, Belstaff is approaching a century’s prowess and its ensuing S/S 23 collection continues to embody the brand’s early sentiments.

Placing technical design at the forefront, Belstaff takes a familiar perspective to the range, presenting a myriad of iconic outerwear silhouettes that have remained consistent through its 100-year history alongside shorts, bottoms and tops. Featured in the editorial, ultra-lightweight down gilets provide warmth while the likes of the Balance Jacket and Flash Fieldmaster Jacket are suitably prepared for inclement weather, boasting their wind and waterproof properties. Covering the base for bottoms in the editorial are the Harker Cargo Shorts and Trialmaster Cargo Trousers, both of which feature an assortment of pockets to store your possessions.

While functionality has always been crucial to the brand’s methodology, this season’s use of technical fabrications is at its strongest yet, utilising rubberised ripstop and ‘Shimmer Shell’ alongside industry-leading technologies like GORE-TEX INFINIUM, each of which is famed for its unique properties as far as performance is concerned and breathes new life into existing styles.

Take a closer look at the editorial below which highlights several key styles from Belstaff’s Spring/Summer ‘23 range.
