MHL Unveils 'WORKWEAR BLUE' Capsule for Spring/Summer '23

MHL Unveils 'WORKWEAR BLUE' Capsule for Spring/Summer '23

First released in 2021, MHL.’s ‘WORKWEAR BLUE’ series which is built upon indigo dyed garments has been summoned for its Spring/Summer ‘23 collection.

Much like mainline Margaret Howell, ‘WORKWEAR BLUE’ is built around the ideas of practical and functional design as we see everyday silhouettes redefined in an elegant and traditional manner. As its fixed name suggests, it uses the ancient technique natural indigo dye fermentation that dates back to the Edo period to achieve a unique finish which over time will age beautifully. The capsule, which features men’s and women’s cuts, consists of shorts, bottoms, shirt, scarf and jersey top. At first glance, comfort was clearly one of the main considerations as loose and airy cuts are prioritised, also aided by the natural deodorising and UV protective nature of the indigo dye.
