END. and HOKA Introduce a Two-Piece Capsule on the Kaha Low and Mafate Speed 2
END. has unveiled its debut collaboration with HOKA on a two-piece capsule collection consisting of the coveted Kaha Low and Mafate Speed 2.
Titled ‘Overland’, the capsule draws inspiration from the popular off-roading adventure which involves long-distance travel, typically in a four-wheel drive vehicle, across all kinds of terrain and exploring areas that might be otherwise inaccessible. With the Kaha Low and Mafate Speed 2 as the silhouettes of choice, they see their colourways and material use re-worked to suit the collaboration’s overarching theme. Adopting a blend of green and beige hues, the Mafate Speed 2 retains its aggressive look aided by the panelling on the upper and a thick midsole, offset by a gum Vibram outsole. Rounding off the capsule, the Kaha Low features an earthy nubuck suede upper with some light perforation on the sidewalls and a tonal midsole and Vibram outsole that morph into one. Both styles feature subtle reminders of END.’s involvement either on the tongue or just off the toebox.
