WTAPS Announces its Debut Collaboration with HOKA
From the mind of Testu Nishiyama, WTAPS and HOKA unveil the fruits of their collaborative debut: a unique take on HOKA’s ‘ANACAPA LOW GTX’ and ‘ORA LUXE’ styles.
Moving away from the traditional build of these two HOKA silhouettes, WTAPS has implemented its design language to the hiking shoe and recovery sandal which manifests in their hardy olive and black colourways. Pursuing form and function, the ‘ANACAPA LOW GTX’ combines a supple suede upper with GORE-TEX technology for protection against the elements. At the same time, the ‘ORA LUXE’ prioritises recovery and comfort thanks to its sugarcane EVA midsole. Additional collaborative touches can be found scrawled across the ‘ORA LUXE’ and ANACAPA LOW GTX’ in the form of WTAPS branding, orange heel tabs and its iconic crossbones motif.
