Haroshi "GUZO" exhibition at the NANZUKA gallery

Haroshi "GUZO" exhibition at the NANZUKA gallery

Haroshi, the artist behind all the intricate trophies given away to the winner of the Battle at The Berrics skateboard competition, and also known through his collaborations with HUF, is having a solo exhibition at the NANZUKA gallery in Tokyo. Haroshi have been making sculpture works and installations using scraped board decks since 2003. To make the sculptures he stacks the decks collected in layers like a block and cuts out the models from there. For this exhibit, he made a total of 20 figures as well as another art installation that will be on display until June 10, 2017. Check out a few photos above and make sure to stop by if you have the chance.
