The North Face Purple Label Spring/Summer '19
nanamica’s own operations with The North Face Purple Label have always been a noble one, changing up the usual technical affair for something more mindful of current styles. Continuing this with an almost limitless well of passion, the colorful tags of the Japanese subsidiary have quite a bit in store for SS19.
Usually seen in an assortment of bright hues, the current range is a small departure from previous collections. The team offer up the same bright tonality seen prior though this time dialed down a notch in favor of classic earth tones and more muted schemes. While graphic tees, hoodies, a long-line shirt dress, and accessories lean towards that bold side of the spectrum, the mountain parkas, field coats, and puffer jackets are surely more in line with iconic TNF offerings. Solid, one-toned arrangements allow for a defined base while color-blocked variants elevate a motif that is quite familiar. Though with the series of patchwork denim pieces and patterned shirting making an appearance, it’s clear that Purple Label has its aimed its sights on the more adventurous.
Take a look at the full collection below and expect the forthcoming pieces to hit the usual outposts very soon.
