Often minimally dressed from season to season, stein generally prefers to lie low in terms of its every color and design, yet with their latest collection -- sans a change in the palette -- the Japanese label is dialing things up with utilitarian motifs and structural embellishments to even the most simplistic of basics.

From timeless staples to a deluge of oversized shirting, the offerings are quite evidently expansive in their wingspan. Creations from all over its many categories, despite lying far apart in terms of their aesthetic, share a general ethos summed up by its various parts: cut, color, and ambiance. As such, none feel too incongruous in the grand scheme, with pieces often switching over from female to male with no inherent preference for either. Outerwear from two-pocket blousons to a wealth of different overcoats hold their own strengths to themselves, the former in its versatile cut and the latter in its overwhelming variety, one that starts ordinary with overlapping and accentuated lapels to trenches layered with two of every one of its most ordinary features -- e.g. sleeves, collars, straps, and everything of the sort. Despite its double-breasted blazers and sweatshirts with zippered slits at their lower back, the set finds a place for more forward utility in ways more involved than the belts that arrive strewn across the torsos of select garments. Instead, the range diverges by a small margin with maximal pocket arrangements and materials weather-proofed in full black dress; vests, then, tag along in these very same constructions, layering atop any of the aforementioned effortlessly.

Grab a detailed look at everything above and much, much more right here, then sit tight for their roll out later in the new year.
