SUGARHILL Spring/Summer '20

SUGARHILL Spring/Summer '20

Arriving on yet another season of surprises, the young yet clear-headed Japanese label SUGARHILL further redefines the punk aesthetic, reforming the average delinquent with a seasoned range of workwear staples.

From classic trucker jackets to reinterpretations of pieces equally timeless, the range strikes a diversity hard to top, going from point A to B with many a stop in between. Palettes, almost as varied as the styles themselves, strike a chord with the Spring/Summer season quite vibrantly while dosing in the occasional cool tone in likely remembrance of the past Winter. Of the latter, indigo and denim is most certainly at the helm, affixing the staple fabrication to a full coverall set, the signature Type II jacket, and a wealth of wide cut jeans that seem to mimic iconic fits in washes raw to faded in vintage. Button-down tops add in a bit of the basic alongside graphic tees, though what is typically formal arrives detailed with slits down their side that are then tied up by way of a tassel detailing. The most eclectic of the entire display, though, lies in none of the aforementioned but the patchwork constructions of the painter pant and trench coat whose finishes repanel with random assortments of multiple hickory stripes and differently colored panels, respectively.

Grab a detailed look at the entire collection and find it rolling out later in the new year.
