EASTLOGUE Captures the Essence of a Free Spirit with its Latest Editorial
In quite a departure from their usual technical flair, Korean label EASTLOGUE has indulged a free-spirited nature for an editorial that sheds hardship through willful indifference.
What ensues is a feat of styling wonder, fitting model Charmie Pfeffer in men’s clothing as if from her own personal wardrobe. Capturing the allure of a Bohemian lifestyle in both fit and silhouette, each garment drapes seamlessly over the body, shrouding the figure in flattering execution. While smart-leaning pieces, like blazers and sophisticated coats, exhibit quite a contrast to the typical association, their color and cut do well in an overarching connection to nature. Open collar shirting, boat neck tops, muted yellow anoraks, and other billowing uppers coincide with wide trousers, shorts, and, at times, nothing. Sticking to a note of relaxation with strong dedication, the many well-crafted set pieces reflect a side of EASTLOGUE rarely seen.
