Blends and Vans Vault Rework the Sk8-Hi Zip Reissue
Socal-based boutique retail store Blends teams up once again with Vans Vault for their signature bone jazz stripe interpretation of the latest Sk8-Hi Zip Reissue model.
Building upon their previous Sk8-Hi collaborations which included white and black premium leather uppers, Blends and Vans Vault’s latest edition is crafted with a sturdy, premium canvas upper contrasted with suede accents around the toe box and laces. An all white mid-sole and the iconic Blends bone Jazz Stripe in a soft, lux leather adds color contrast to the minimal design. The Zip Reissue model features a sturdy utilitarian zipper on the back heel rather than the usual inner ankle area for easy in and out wear while waxed laces finish off the luxury feel of the material-focused footwear. Lastly, a triangle leather patch detail that reinforces the zipper bottom stop wraps up the iconic design.
