NEEDLES Autumn/Winter '20

NEEDLES Autumn/Winter '20

In the years since their inception, Needles has consistently gone from strength to strength; their offering is far-reaching beyond the ‘Rebuild’ series that so many of us know and love.

Somehow balancing the two seemingly polar opposites of smart and casual, Needles delivers a wholesome and all-encompassing Autumn/Winter ‘20 collection. Their refusal to confine their vision sees them pluck inspiration from a whole host of different subcultures and sew that into the product they make. Quilted chore coats, Western-style cowboy shirts and long sleeve polo tops are some of the garments on offer, demonstrating Needles’ ability to cover almost every taste. There is no shortage of expressive patterns or prints on offer, from Argyle to tie-dye and animal print, nor is there a lack of fabrics, from soft wools to supple silk; this wide array means Needles often presents one of the most unique and diverse collections. Suiting is relaxed, with blazers being far-from-fitted and pants being loose and, at times, bootcut. The Asymmetrical Ghillie Sneaker, which has previously been plastered with paint splatter, gets a Bohemian makeover in the form of tie dye.
