AURALEE Spring/Summer '21

AURALEE Spring/Summer '21

With the recent New Balance collaboration under their belt, AURALEE, the burgeoning Japanese label headed up by Ryota Iwai, prepare for Spring/Summer ‘21 with relaxed silhouettes and plentiful colours.

Quality and attention to detail is paramount to AURALEE, so the pieces are often highly-refined and reflect Iwai’s skill. This seasons collection is host to a whole cohort of goods from oversized macs to two-button blazers and collarless button-up shirts, demonstrating the brands versatility when it comes to the product spectrum. Their widespread use of colours - fuchsia pinks, pale yellows and greens - is all dictated by what Ryota encounters throughout the day, whether it’s the light coming through at that particular moment or the weather, it all feeds into his creative process. The lookbook images are relaxed and are shot almost like the models have been caught off-guard backstage.

Check out some images of the collection below.
