LAD MUSICIAN Spring/Summer '21

LAD MUSICIAN Spring/Summer '21

LAD MUSICIAN, led by designer Yuichi Kuroda since 1995, fuses punk-themes with elegant fabrics, European avant-garde influences, and colorful patternways as they approach everyday garments for Spring/Summer ‘21.

Among the minimal blazer and trouser sets seemingly suited for more formal environments, LAD MUSICIAN plays with the classic silhouette through the application of striped, colorful designs as well as their colorful floral patternway. At first glance, the pattern might seem like a paint splatter, but upon closer look, the nature-inspired design features intricately placed and colored flowers. LAD MUSICIAN also adjusts the shape of the blazer with a cropped iteration and a longer coat style. The label also draws influence from military garments with their lightweight yet functional jacket featuring large storage pockets that flares out towards the hem. Their take on the hooded anorak is a minimalist, pullover protective layer without any whistles or bells. For the bottom selection, versatile staples include pleated trousers, flared pants, and even carrot pants that provide a relaxed, comfortable fit.

Stay tuned for the collection’s release at LAD MUSICIAN’s online shop and select retailers.
