Goodfight Launches "Everyday Technology" with a Pop-up Shop Experience
The cult Los Angeles brand Goodfight led by the small yet mighty team of Christina Chou, Caleb Lin, Julia Chu, and Calvin Nguyen presents their “Everyday Technology” program with a pop-up shop experience in downtown Los Angeles.
“We’ve been developing a special project called ‘Everyday Technology,’ which includes non-seasonal pieces that applies our weird sensibility to the most beloved items in our customer’s daily closet. We are still making everything here in Los Angeles, with a carefully sourced mix of new & deadstock material. Every style has been sampled, wear-tested, and adjusted for the purpose of perfecting foundational staples.”
Distinguishable by their newly designed atom logo, their Standard Fit tee, which remains made in Los Angeles, is a cozy yet substantial cotton base layer that is additionally reimagined in a neon Slime and Purple colorway. New graphic tees revealed at the pop-up experience include a planter pot graphic by Textile Terrarium and an homage to their own dog Izzy. Overlayer shirting offerings showcase both formal and casual options, ranging from their oversized take on the classic blue dress shirt as well as their bolder short sleeved Leisure Shirt coming in a floral and hydroprint patterns. The polygabardine Runner Shorts, complimentary to the fan favorite Grocery Getter Shorts, are an above-the-knee style featuring utility elements such as wasitband loops and an extra phone/wallet pocket while the Train Track Pants are the ultimate functional trousers, equipped with interior mesh-lined storage hidden behind front-zips.
Take an in-person look at Goodfight’s “Everyday Technology” pop-up experience through October 19 at Broadway Street gallery of downtown LA's Grand Central Market.
