Abu Garcia takes the archetypal fishing parka and extends its purpose beyond the sport itself to urban use.
What is typically seen on our riverbanks and shorelines, the Fishing Parka is a naturally function-driven garment, but the reappropriation of these pieces has trickled into the urban sphere and Abu Garcia’s WR Fishing Parka is a testament to that. The exterior of the jacket is constructed using a combination of a 3-layer waterproof material and a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) fabric which, when used in conjunction with each other, provide excellent durability and water-repellency. The jacket sports four frontal pockets, the lower two of which feature dual-entry from the side and top, providing ample storage for your possessions, or fishing equipment. The silhouette of the jacket can be altered to the wearer's desire with the use of an adjuster on the hem, as well as fastening on the hood and neck.
