hobo x TRUCK FURNITURE Field Recreation Series
Tokyo-based accessory brand hobo has joined forces with the popular furniture store TRUCK FURNITURE from Osaka to launch their fifth collaboration of home goods and furniture items entitled "FIELD RECREATION SERIES" that fits both indoor and outdoor use.
TRUCK FURNITURE was founded by Norihiko Kise and Mr. and Mrs. Hiromi Karatsu based on the idea of furniture that is comfortable and wears beautifully with each use. The collaboration between the two brands initiated after Mr. Kise began using hobo’s bags regularly and recognized synergies between their design philosophy. Following an ideology of "things that are familiar to your life", the collaboration introduces a revamped "TSP low chair", which is the TRUCK FURNITURE’s best selling item, that incorporates hobo’s original waterproof cow leather for the seat and back piece. Made to be compatible with the chair, the Wood Folding Low Table is crafted with solid oak and comes in two sizes for various uses. Lastly, the Cotton Canvas Giant Tote Bag is an extra large, rugged tote bag specifically created to hold the other two collaboration items. It’s tough No. 10 canvas fabric is finished in desert khaki colorway while the adjustable strap is made of durable acrylic material.
