Helinox Endorses Rugged Minimalism in their ' The Tactical Collection'

Helinox unveils their ‘The Tactical Collection’, a military-inspired range of outdoor furniture for those who demand rugged and utilitarian characteristics from their equipment.

Founded in South Korea, 10 years ago, Helinox has garnered a stern reputation for manufacturing lightweight outdoor equipment in a seemingly short period. Building upon the foundations of their outdoor line, the ‘Tactical’ range is designed for individuals who expect tough yet lightweight minimalist from their gear, bringing forth three tried-and-tested original silhouettes - chair, cot and table - as well as an addition to the line: the Tactical Field Office. What sets these apart from their mainline counterparts is a different fabric construction comprising of a 600-denier material and tactical, military-esque colourways like Coyote Tan, Black and Military Olive. Setting itself apart from the Tactical Table, Sunset Chair, Cot and Chair One, the Tactical Field Office is a new frontier amongst the range. Designed to be a mobile and stable workspace for in the field, the Field Office is a modular unit weighing in at a meagre 2.3kg where the table is attached to the carry structure. For ease of use, it has a number of additional accessories which slightly alter its function depending on the user, such as a padded inner case for storing photography equipment and a shoulder strap for comfort when transporting.
