Contemporary British clothing designer Margaret Howell and her eponymous label channel playful prep themes in preparation for Spring/Summer ‘21.
Inspired by the authenticity found in nature, people and places, Margaret Howell’s latest collection builds upon quality materials infused into timeless designs and silhouettes. On the women’s side, the traditional shirt and tie outfit is translated into a casual look with high-waisted yet cropped trousers, relaxed fitting button up shirts, and low profile loafers. Summer-ready dresses, crafted with lightweight materials in both eclectic and toned-down colorways, provide full range of movement that can pair seamlessly with the outerwear selection of collared coats and parkas alongside their accessory line featuring headwear and belt pouches. The men’s offerings are toned down with minimalistic qualities such as their structured denim trucker jacket and jeans combination. Key functional elements, namely large storage pockets, are incorporated into their coats, zip-up jackets, and overshirts for utility in any environment.
