KURO Develops a Bespoke Alpha Industries MA-1 Flight Jacket
Putting a spin on an outerwear icon, KURO has developed a bespoke version of Alpha Industries MA-1 Flight Jacket
The MA-1 serves as a base for KURO to re-arrange, unveiling two revisions of the jacket. One of them adopts a vertical switching design of brown and sage green that is representative of KURO with fraying on the bottom hem. In contrast, the reversible model features an indigo-dyed side and one that adopts a deep sage green that is reminiscent of military khakis. The re-make of the MA-1 Flight Jacket exemplifies KURO’s ability to subtly reimagine iconic silhouettes without making too much noise.
The jacket is due to release from KURO Ginza and Osaka in late December 2022.
