An Overview of White Mountaineering Spring/Summer '23
For its Spring/Summer ‘23 collection, Yosuke Aizawa’s namesake label, White Mountaineering, develops a series of items that aim to fuse elements of utility with everyday silhouettes.
Much like its previous output, White Mountaineering has excelled in its delivery of outerwear, shirting, bottoms, accessories and tops, many of which incorporate functional details such as 3-layered fabrics and seam taping. The collection comprises BLK LINE, Repose Wear, Wardrobe, W.M.B.C (White Mountaineering Brewing Co) and White Mountaineering’s mainline collection. To tie everything together, the Japanese label has worked with Merrell on the ‘Wrapped Mid Waterproof’ sneaker and GRIP SWANY on a utility-inspired vest for the W.M.B.C line.
