F/CE. Explores Danish Culture for Autumn/Winter '23
Looking to Danish culture as a source of inspiration, F/CE. serves up a fine display of apparel, accessories and footwear for Autumn/Winter ‘23.
With each cumulative season, F/CE. and its design team explore global cultures and places for inspiration. For Autumn/Winter ‘23, they have decided upon Denmark as their location of choice, referencing familiar cues and typical dress throughout. One of the garments from the collection that references the crossover between functionality and aesthetics in Danish design is the Nordic Switching Vest which features a traditional knitted print with a quilted fabric insert at the hem. In addition to this one style, outerwear, bottoms, shirting, accessories and more adopt recognisable silhouettes, prints and subtle functionalities that are commonplace in Danish dress, due to the conditions in Autumn/Winter. Some of our highlights include the POLARTEC Wide Trousers, Check Field Shirt, Water-Repellent Wool M-51 and Knit Balaclava. F/CE. continues its ongoing partnerships with the likes of Danner, Converse, Nanga and TAION who help the Japanese label combine functionality with aesthetics across outerwear and footwear.
