ETHOSENS Spring/Summer '24
Under the watchful eye of its lead designer and founder, Yui Hashimoto, ETHOSENS has previewed its Spring/Summer ‘24 which is due to be released towards the end of January.
ETHOSENS approaches Spring/Summer ‘24 from a familiar angle, presenting a series of looks and styles that are based on classic, traditional silhouettes. However, everything they do comes with a distinct twist - subverting the ordinary to give it a fresh perspective - like removing the sleeves from jackets, wildly exaggerating proportions and contrasting panels, for example. Throughout the collection, there is an array of shirting, bottoms, jackets and tops, the majority of which sit on the casual side with coordinating jackets and bottoms made from checked fabrics and multiple contrasted panels. Some of our favourites include the Switched Jumpsuit, Sashiko MA-1 Bomber Jacket and Sweat Pants. To avoid detracting from the theatrics and styling of the garments, ETHOSENS has shot the lookbook against a white backdrop with no outside interference.
