Café Mountain and Padmore & Barnes cross paths to bring us The Original P204 'Hairy Hiker', a collaborative style that celebrates the best of outdoor styling without any over-complicated technical features.
United by the passion for hand-crafted wares and time-honoured methods, Café Mountain and Padmore & Barnes offer their take on the P204, a style that originates from their Irish factory in the 1960s. In this ‘Hairy Hiker’ rendition, the P204 plays on the theme of ‘taking it easy’ in nature to contrast against our fast-paced world, stripping back any unwanted noise and just including the essentials needed for a moderate hike or trip into town.
The Original P204 'Hairy Hiker' is constructed in robust, extra-hairy two-tone suede and features several hiking-inspired features, including the D-ring lacing system and dual-tone laces. The model comes fitted with an ultra-lightweight VIBRAM Morflex sole, which provides enhanced mobility and comfort, allowing you to manoeuvre trails and pavement with ease of mind. They will be limited to 50 units upon release.
