Carhartt WIP and INVINCIBLE Re-Work Iconic Workwear Staples

Carhartt WIP and INVINCIBLE Re-Work Iconic Workwear Staples

For Autumn/Winter ‘24, Carhartt WIP and INVINCIBLE continue collaborating to breathe new life into workwear staples.

With mutual respect for one another’s work, Carhartt WIP and INVINCIBLE have found common ground in this collaborative partnership, which sees them recontextualising and adjusting workwear staples. Designed under the watchful eye of INVICIBLE’s Shinsuke Nakada, who is no stranger to manipulating Carhartt WIP garments at this point, the capsule consists of lined shirts, chore coats, cargo trousers, hooded sweatshirts, accessories, and more. Their shared design language sees archetypal chore coats constructed using nylon instead of canvas for a lighter feel and pockets added in unconventional places, like the back of jackets or on the sleeve. INVINCIBLE has reworked Carhartt WIP’s ‘tide’ logo and added an on-brand duck as a nod to the brand’s canvas material for a fun touch.

Release Details:
When? Saturday, the 7th of December.
