A First Look at AURALEE's Spring/Summer '25 Collection
On Tuesday, during Paris Fashion Week, AURALEE previewed its Spring/Summer ‘25 collection to a welcome crowd.
AURALEE's Spring/Summer '25 collection embodies a narrative through its clothing, one that visualises a city park as a vibrant crossroads of stories and characters. The collection delves into the curiosity of what these individuals are contemplating, their destinations, and their attire. As a result, each piece is crafted to reflect the eclectic mix of personalities and backgrounds encountered in this communal space, aiming to capture the distinct style and mindsets of these individuals.
The range consists of a bevy of versatile but expertly crafted garments, from zip-up blouson jackets and oversized flight jackets to pleated trousers and v-neck sweaters. Styling reflects the casual attitude adopted by the care free park users.
To complement the ready to wear collection, AURALEE simulataneously teases its upcoming project with long-time collaborator, New Balance, where they appear to tackle the 574 silhouette. When asked about it, the designer, Iwai-san, said, ‘We wanted to accent the already vintage inspired notes of the model, with a well worn, aged, sun tinged-like feel for the materials and also incorporate and modernize it with our signature colouring to create something with one foot in the past and one in the present.’
