A Preview of J EONGL I Spring/Summer '25
J EONGL I, the South Korean label headed up by its eponymous designer, Jeong Li, has previewed its Spring/Summer ‘25 collection, just shy of three years after its debut in late 2022. Despite its relatively short lifespan, the brand garners attention beyond its borders from those looking for versatile apparel in urban and outdoor settings.
For Spring/Summer ‘25, J EONGL I summons the theme, ‘Lake of Fire’, looking to the lakes that form inside volcanic craters for material and colour inspiration. Where the water and volcanic substances meet, unique colours occur that cannot be replicated in nature. Taking this challenge on board, J EONGL I is recreating these colours of its own accord, testing various materials and colours that could be found in the ‘Lake of Fire.
In regard to its apparel and accessories offering, Spring/Summer ‘25 will see J EONGL I continue to grow and expand, introducing additional outerwear, trousers and top styles. The colour scheme includes dusty pinks and yellows, as well as blue, black and grey.
