refomed Spring/Summer '22
Slowly unveiled throughout the past month, refomed’s upcoming Spring/Summer ‘22 collection -- themed as “discovery at the work site” -- casts a new light on workwear, one brimming with nostalgia, vibrant colors, and cuts incredibly relaxed.
At points, designer Yoshiki Ando subverts the traditional idea of what workwear is, opting for a design ethos far more menswear-inspired. This introduces oversized, knitted vests and shirting into the range, both of whose deep pastels and neutrals complement the loose, pleated trousers and drawstring shorts near perfectly. Moreover, the outerwear selection bring things back around to the core theme, proffering utility jackets laden with pockets and chore coats far more simple yet similar in general silhouette.
