marka and WILD THINGS' Military-Inspired Debut Collection
For Autumn/Winter ‘21, marka and WILD THINGS have come together to create a military-inspired capsule collection.
In their debut collaboration, marka and WILD THINGS have drawn upon familiar design cues from protective military clothing to create a three-piece capsule. It consists of a reversible nylon jacket with a fleece interior, fleece zip-up cardigan and fleece pants. Based on designs from ECWCS, a military-grade layering system abbreviated from Extended Cold Weather Clothing System, each piece incorporates a lighter, more compact fleece material than conventional garments. Instead, the pair have opted for Polartec®'s High Loft™ fleece which boasts excellent heat retention and will be excellent for this coming season.
