Nicholas "Yuthanan" Chalmeau debuts new label, "Sillage"
Nicholas Chalmeau also known as Yuthanan, has made himself known in the Japanese fashion scene as well as worldwide with his unique sense of style and photography. The young man who hails from the streets of Paris, started his career at PORTER before making his way to Tokyo where he's in charge of visual content for 1LDK.
Now the young creative is gearing up to launch his own label titled "Sillage". The name is a french word which means "the trace or the impression that someone leaves behind after passing by", a phrase most commonly used when talking about someone's perfume trail.
Keeping it simple, the first drop includes a pair of tropical wool Hakama pants in dark grey which features two front pockets, two flap pockets at the back as well as a custom belt.
