JiyongKim Prepares to Open the Doors of its Flagship Store in Seoul
Marking a first for JiyongKim, the label has unveiled an inside look at its inaugural flagship store in Hannam, Seoul.
Recognised for its unique approach to product design, defined by only ‘bleaching garments using the sun’, JiyongKim acknowledges the difficulties in digitally marketing its products, citing this as a reason for opening a physical space, acting as an embodiment of the brand’s ethos and universe. Situated inside an original Korean row house, JiyongKim has placed its garments on bespoke furnishings and fixtures crafted from materials that echo the brand’s essence, with clothes rails made from steel and displays contrastingly made from unbleached wood. Upon its opening, the store will house JiyongKim’s current Spring/Summer ‘25 collection.
