Snow Peak introduces an indigo variant of their Takibi series

Snow Peak introduces an indigo variant of their Takibi series

Snow Peak’s popular TAKIBI series, a collection of items crafted with flame-retardent fabrics for the outdoors, is back once again, this time in indigo, as a part of the label’s Spring/Summer ‘19 collection.

The lineup includes 4 wearable pieces: a coverall jacket, a multi-pocket functional vest, standard fit pants, and an apron. All pieces are crafted from a 14 ounce denim produced in Okayama from yarn dyed to woven fabric. The denim features a warp yarn mixed with cotton and cordura nylon while the weft yarn is a flame retardant fiber. Durable and hard to burn, it is a material that can enjoy the secular change as well as ordinary denim that will fade with wear according to the user’s daily activities.

Stay tuned for the official release, which is set for early February.
