Mannahatta Captures the Bold KAPITAL AW19 Pieces Through the NYC Lens

Kapital needs no introduction as its continues to distinguish itself from the entire streetwear scene by acting as a trendsetter for contemporary style. The Japanese label always finds a way to incorporate colorful, playful designs in garments crafted with unparalleled quality and technique. NYC-based boutique store Mannahatta styles the latest colorful pieces from Kapital AW19 as it utilizes the raw streets of New York as the backdrop.

One of the most coveted pieces in the AW19 collection is the Bandana Print Weaved Vest, coming in red, navy, and black colorways as well as gloves sporting the same print. The navy colorway is styled with an everyday fit featuring the Century Denim, a natural dye indigo patterned with subtle details of Sashiko stitching that can be identified only when seen up close. Meanwhile, the black version is paired with bold patterns on the Corduroy Boot Pants printed with a tapestry pattern all across. Kapital’s signature smiley logo is on display in both accessories such as their take on the Diver Watch and casual sweatpants with the logo printed on the outseams. The sweatpants mesh perfectly with their Fleece Knit Crewneck Sweatshirt in the Ashburry Dyed colorway for casual outings in the colder weather.
