Snow Peak and The Inoue Brothers Utilize Alpaca Wool for their Second Collaboration
Back in 2018, The Inoue Brothers, a design/art studio influenced by Japanese taste and Scandinavian minimalism, updated Snow Peak silhouettes with alpaca wool materials. The synergistic nature of the collaboration returns this Autumn/Winter 2019 as they update outerwear and accessory pieces.
The Inoue Brothers teamed up with the Paco Marca Alpaca Institute in Peru to ethically source the highest quality alpaca wool for their garments. For this second collection, they opted for additional earth tones with khaki and olive in addition to the staple black and gray. The outerwear styles utilized reflect the upcoming colder season with poncho blankets and fringe coats to be paired with crewneck sweaters. The Octa Pant silhouette is updated with the baby alpaca wool fabric yet still retaining its fidlock buckle for easy adjustment on the waist. Snow Peak accessories, the balaclava, scarf, and socks, also receive the wool treatment, and are perfect for retaining warmth.
Stay tuned for the collection’s release at Snow Peak stores and online shop.
