Karrimor Japan Spring/Summer '20

Karrimor Japan Spring/Summer '20

Outdoors label Karrimor continues to employ more fashionable styles as its Japanese outpost enters Spring/Summer ‘20, opting for a palette minimal with standout pieces compromising nothing in terms of function and aesthetic.

Replete with the Union Jack, the range, though expansive in terms of its weather-resistant garments, proffers a few more streetwear-geared basics: hoodies, tees, and sweatshirts the most noticeable of such an assortment. Elsewhere, accessories -- bucket hats, hiking backpacks, and duffles -- infuse the sense of exploration true to the brand’s mountaineering roots, doing so in much more overt fashion relative to the series of outerwear. Stricken with earth tones and strong neutrals, these take the shape in many a different design with the variety adhering to no specific inspiration. BDUs take on oversized cuts, utility parkas do the same with their signature pockets, and even anoraks find representation in more full constructions as well as shorter, retro recreations. Mock neck blousons, two pocket shirting, and much more see to these very same synthetics, making full use of Karrimor’s seasoned expertise.
