Paria Farzaneh Spring/Summer '21
Paria Farzaneh debuted her Spring/Summer ‘21 collection backlit by blue skies and opened with cinema level pyrotechnics And across the open fields, the ensemble of models stamped the imprints of an upcoming Converse collaboration and the shadows of many a sustainable ensemble.
Though forthright in its informal styles, the range somehow seamlessly strings together the sartorial while also pairing adjacent a series of loud-patterned yet neutral-tinged outdoors wear. Blazers accompany matching pants in loud, near retro-inspired shades, their deep red and light mint coloring distinct in their choice of organic and synthetic fabrics, respectively. Elsewhere, denim arrives in stark contrast to the typical Type 2 or wide fit jean as they come out the other side of the label’s lens with flattering cut-outs on outerwear and additional contrast stitch atop patch pocket bottoms. Simple blousons, parkas, and the like are then mixed in with complementing palettes, while select standouts contrast in their bolder designs: some camouflaged in earth tones, others bathed in acid-induced graphics. What’s more, every one of the aforementioned garments owes rejected fabrics for their construction, a find that was possibly the catalyst for the entire show.
Grab a detailed look at the lookbook below and expect retailers to release the collection around the start of the SS21 season.
