Supreme x WTAPS Devise a Fall 2021 Collaborative Capsule
Returning for Fall ‘21, WTAPS and Supreme rekindle their collaborative spirit after a lengthy hiatus.
Two veterans of the streetwear industry, Supreme and WTAPS, have been incremental in pioneering the community to where it is today. The collection is started off with their take on a leather varsity jacket featuring an abundance of logos throughout like ‘SIC’EM!!’ and 94/96 - launch dates of both - which makes reference to their early streetwear roots. To complement the outerwear, we see a military-inspired flak jacket and faux fur hooded jacket come into line. Continuing with the theme of graphic motifs and to accompany the collection, we anticipate the release of a graphic t-shirt, hooded sweatshirt and long sleeve jersey. Other pieces include a grills incense holder, beanie hat and skateboard deck. Each item bears some form of collaborative insignia from the pair whether it be scripting like ‘Visual Uparmored’ or ‘Street As Usual’, a nod to their early streetwear roots.
WTAPS x Supreme will see a global release online and in-store on Thursday, 2nd of December with Japan set to release the collection on December 4th.
