RATS Enlists Multiple Collaborators for its 15th Anniversary 'Full Blood' Event
Titled ‘Full Blood’, the event will enlist collaborative help from names like UNDERCOVER, WTAPS, Neighborhood and M&M CUSTOM PERFORMANCE.
RATS’ 15th anniversary sees the label joining forces with a number of Tokyo namesakes who were instrumental in laying the path for the streetwear scene in the 1990s. With the aid of UNDERCOVER, they have developed what is effectively their own unique take on the team jacket, taking on the leather rider jacket but with some subtle twists to make it theirs. Made using 100% cow leather, which is bound to age with beauty over time, it features a print on the back that reads, ‘Riding with the mind’s eye’ which surrounds a large eyeless skull. There are various zipper pockets located on the front with a handful of decorations like ‘We make noise, not clothes’ throughout. Alongside that, there are a limited number of custom jewelry pieces on offer, an incense chamber, shot glass, graphic sweatshirts and tees.
