BOYAGIS Unveils Collection 002.
Following on from its debut release in February, BOYAGIS builds upon its initial offering with a number of new styles that abide by the brand's ethos of marrying everyday functionality with thoughtful, natural materials.
The range consists of 4 silhouettes including a revised version of the original Railway Trouser, Pocket Trouser, Barrel Short and Gardener Shirt. Now in its second iteration, the Railway Trouser has been modified for Spring/Summer in part to a water-resistant lightweight wax cotton construction and frontal pleats, as well as smaller touches like two side pockets. Made using the same material, the ‘Pocket Trouser’ sports the signature wide-leg design but features two oversized rear pockets with laser-engraved button closure. Marking a first for BOYAGIS, the Barrel Short is catered to warmer conditions thanks to a lightweight cotton composition which is fast drying. Finishing touches include side pockets, a rear drawstring pocket with bamboo cord and BOYAGIS branding. Lastly, the Gardener Shirt bears a distinctive fit with a boxy shape and barrel-to-taper sleeves, featuring a large frontal pocket and neck opening with snap closure. It is available in two different fabrics, either enzyme-washed linen or medium-weight oilcloth. Each piece has been crafted in Louis’ studio from deadstock, end of the line fabrics.
