meanswhile Reworks Danner's 'Mountain Light' Boot
Continuing their collaborative pursuits, Danner and meanswhile have put their heads together on the Mountain Light silhouette.
With the Mountain Light heralded as the ideal hiking boot since the 1960s, meanswhile has added their own design twist on it in the form of an adjustable harness lacing system in replace of the usual laces and metal eyelets. Available in two colours - Off-Black and Sand -, the boot has been crafted using a sturdy suede upper that will develop a patina over time with wear. In line with the usual model, this shoe is equipped with a Vibram sole that lends added traction on rough surfaces. Finishing touches come in the form of meanswhile and Danner embossing on the heel.
