DIGAWEL x URU Reconvene for Spring/Summer '23 Capsule
Teasing during its Spring/Summer ‘23 lookbook, DIGAWEL has collaborated with URU on a concise three-piece capsule collection.
Designed around the season’s theme of a ‘picnic’, the pair has developed three styles to reflect this, including a varsity jacket, check shirt blouson and check padded vest. Starting with the varsity jacket, DIGAWEL and URU looked at the traditionally heavy construction of it and made it better suited to Spring/Summer by incorporating artificial leather and a compressed material for the main body. Directly inspired by the theme of the capsule, the shirt blouson is characterised by an irregular swaying pattern that can be changed depending on how the wearer positions the fastening hook. Made from the same soft wool gauze fabric, the padded vest adopts the same warped appearance and the addition of a high collar design. Both the vest and blouson will be available in red, blue or green.
